For some Xylem-McDonnell & Miller water feeders, such as the 47, 53, 67, and 70 Series, the tiny but essential 313200 Strainer Gasket (model 37–39) is required. This thin (0.01 pounds) gasket seals the feeder’s strainer to keep out water. The strainer gasket keeps the water feeder operating efficiently and protects downstream components from possible water damage by stopping leaks. A well sealed strainer shields the system from contaminants that could reduce efficiency and shorten the equipment’s lifespan.
