Description
The Trane CPT0660 is a round run capacitor specifically designed for Trane HVAC systems. This is a 5.5” tall, 2.62” diameter capacitor which is an essentialcomponent that helps in the starting and running of the motor. This is constructed from polypropylene and aluminum thereby it comes with certifications such as UL, cULus and CSA. It has a starting capacitance of 50 MFD and a running capacitance of 5 MFD to give the motor a strong starting current to start the motor and then reduce the capacitance to allow for efficient running. The Trane CPT0660 works in a temperature range up to 158°F and works in 60 Hz cycles.
