Description
The Trane CNT5009 Defrost Control Board is an essentialpart of pump systems. Typically 9″ long, 6″ high, and only 0.1″ wide, this thin circuit board is critical to maintaining efficient operation. It is a low voltage 24 volts and monitors temperature sensors in the heat pump. The Trane is activated when frost accumulation is detected on the evaporator coil and activates defrost heaters. The heating part melts off any frost buildup that’s built up ensuring optimal heat transfer and maintaining your comfort.
