Description
The Trane CNT2190 is a safety device designed for Trane HVAC systems, it is a compressor protection device. This 4.92 x 4.09 x 2.30” high-pressure control protects the system from possible harm due to excessive pressure. It has a 90 degree capillary tube with a 1/4 ”male flare nut for connection to the refrigerant line. This sensor is supposed to self reset and initiate a system shut down once pressure gets to a certain level, which ranges from 44.2 psi to 450 psi. This high pressure control is designed for the temperature range of -13 F to 158 F, which makes it possible to use it within various conditions.
