Description
The Trane BLW0515 is a Draft Inducer Assembly, which is an essential part of Trane furnace systems. It has a central function of maintaining the safety of the operation and the efficiency of the process. In this assembly, there is a fan that uses electrical power to generate negative pressure in the furnace. More specifically, negative pressure created by a blower system draws combustion of fuel-burning gases out of the furnace and expels them through a flue pipe. Without the draft inducer, the above gases can accumulate within and this is dangerous to the health and efficiency of the furnace.
