Description
The Sporlan Controls 168029 Equalizer Body controls pressure balancing in refrigerant control assemblies used in residential and commercial HVAC systems. It is located in expansion valve and refrigerant pipe applications and is used to transmit pressure information needed to ensure accurate refrigerant metering, and stable evaporator performance during cooling operation. It has 1/4″ x 3/8″ ODF connections and is compatible with other thermostatic expansion valve configurations and refrigerant lines. The equaliser body is installed in specific areas of the refrigerant circuit to help control pressure balancing, regulate refrigerant flow, and ensure operation of the cooling system.
