Description
The Siemens 255-01111 is a compact, efficient two way valve assembly for controlling flow of different kinds of fluids in HVAC systems. The 1/2″ female to union male (F x UM) brass made normally closed (NC) valve has a Cv of 4.0. The valve will operate at temperatures from 35°F to 250°F and has an ANSI Class 250 pressure rating, and can be used as an on/off or modulating control for water or other suitable fluids. The actuator opens the valve and the fluid flows when the actuator has been activated. The valve closes when de-energized because it is a spring return valve. To achieve optimal system performance and energy efficiency this exact control is required.
