Description
The Siemens 254-01107 is a two way valve assembly used in an HVAC system, one of the smallest, and most efficient two way valves. It is robust brass and controls the flow of water or glycol solutions through a system. NC refer to a usually closed (NC) arrangement meaning that the valve is closed by default and has to be opened electrically. An actuator (24 VAC) controls the valve using electrical inputs that open or close the valve. An indicator of the fluid flow can be managed is the flow coefficient (Cv) of 1.6. This valve opens when triggered, allowing fluid to flow, which regulates temperature, and pressure in the HVAC system.
