Description
The Schneider Electric (Square D) 9036DG2R 2-Pole Float Switch which activates its contacts when the liquid level rises in tanks and sumps. The NEMA1 rated switch operates mainly in HVAC equipment to automatically control the water levels in condensate pumps and humidifiers. When the liquid reaches a certain height the float activates the switch which breaks the electrical connection. The system provides dependable automatic water level control which stops pump overflows and prevents pump dry running. The switch enables energy efficiency through its ability to control pump operation only during necessary periods.
