Description
The Robertshaw 4350-128 Gas Cooking-Control Thermostat Kit is an essential component of the HVAC systems. Works by detecting the temperature of the griddle surface and then controlling the flow of gas to keep the cooking temperature constant. It has a bulb that is sensitive to temperature and is connected to a capillary tube that measures the heat produced. If the griddle temperature is low compared to the set point, thermostat allows the gas valve to open to increase the heat. When the required temperature is attained, it either regulates or ceases the flow of the gas so as not to cause overheating.
