The Robertshaw 1830-004 Pilot Assembly directs the circulated flame towards the thermocouple sensing tip within gas-fired furnaces, boilers, and HVAC systems configurations where burner geometry requires an offset fire positioning to achieve accurate ignition and flame sensing. The 25-degree left orientation positions the pilot orifice at a fixed angular alignment to the main furnace, ensuring the thermal envelope consistently contacts the thermocouple tip without adjustment after installation. Attached to the gas valve outlet using the existing tubing and bracket connections, the structure integrates into the combustion chamber compartment without altering surrounding manifold components.
