Description
The Robertshaw 1830-001 Pilot Uni-Kit restores pilot assembly performance within gas-fired furnaces, boilers and standing pilot HVAC system configurations where thermocouple-based flame sensing and gas pilot delivery require simultaneous inspection. It consolidates the pilot burner, thermocouple and mounting bracket into a single assembly, eliminating the need to source individual components separately during field servicing or scheduled maintenance procedures. Mounted directly onto the gas valve pilot outlet using the included sizing parts, the assembly aligns with existing orifice and tubing connections without requiring modification to the surrounding burner compartment.
