Description
The Rheem-Ruud 61-102213-11 4.5-ton thermal expansion valve meant for HVAC applications particularly air conditioning systems and heat pump. This expansion valve has a 30” capillary tube and an equalizer tube of 1. 7” length, thus enabling it to regulate the flow of refrigerant R-410A correctly. A major part of the heat exchange and cooling, the evaporator coil, has its coolant control for flow from this thermal expansion valve. This valve enhances the system efficiency and ensures the right and right cooling operations. It has sweat-type inlet and outlet connections and is furnished with an external equalizer connection of 3/8”. The expansion valve is mainly used in high-pressure side of the liquid refrigerant.
