Description
The Resideo AM102-UT-1LF is a 1-inch union NPT mixing valve for accurate regulation of water temperature within a certain range. This device is used in most of the HVAC systems like heat pumps, water heater for the house, radiant floor heating etc. The mixing valve regulates water temp; the hot and cold water mix, and you no longer get scalding or freezing water. It has proportional valve technology that means it can control both hot and cold water at the same time for the better performance. The valve is made of Teflon-coated nickel-plated brass and does not allow the formation of minerals and increases. Some of the benefits are better safety caused by anti-scald and anti-chill protection, comfort, brought by stable water temperature, and, of course, material saving because of minimizing hot water usage.
