Description
The Resideo 396021 is a lightweight (only 0.1 lbs) conversion kit that allows compatible gas pressure regulators to switch between natural gas and liquefied petroleum (LP) gas. It operates on a standard 24V electrical system and has a frequency range of 50/60Hz, making it suitable for most electrical grids. This kit includes the necessary parts, likely a regulator spring and adjustment screw, to adjust the regulator for the appropriate gas type (natural gas uses a higher pressure than LP gas). The Resideo 396021 ensures the gas pressure is precisely regulated to a low 0.5 psi, ideal for safe and efficient operation of various gas-fueled appliances like grills, fireplaces, and boilers. It can withstand a wide range of temperatures, from -40°F to 175°F (-40°C to 79°C), ensuring functionality in various environments. By enabling easy conversion between gas types, the Resideo 396021 offers increased flexibility for gas appliance use.
