Description
The Nordyne 917167C 8kW Heat Strip Kit is a additional heat source that increases the heating capability of your HVAC system during cold weather. This device generates heat through electric resistance elements which are then circulated in the entire house by the existing air handler. All kinds of gas furnaces, heat pumps and so on can make use of this kit at times when it is very cold outside. Compared to normal electrical heaters, Nordyne 917167C provides higher heat output, shorter warm up times and lesser energy consumption.
