The Lennox 57927 Check Valve is used in HVAC systems to avoid back flow of the fluids in the system. This check valve is particularly designed for usage in condensate drain back systems of furnace and air conditioning equipment. It makes sure that water flows in a one direction preventing risks of water getting in touch with any unsanitary substance or water damaging essential equipment in the process. It operates based on pressure difference across it, and enables the flow of the fluid in the required direction only, and shuts immediately in order to prevent back flow in the opposite direction.
