Description
The Cutler Hammer-Eaton C25DND325B Definite-Purpose Contactor is made for HVAC systems use and has a current rating of 25A and voltage of 240V and is a three-pole contactor. This part is an electrically operated switch that can allow or block the current supply to the HVAC systems including the compressor and fans through the use of an electromagnet which either opens or closes the contacts of the switch. This attracts the armature so that its contacts make a connection and supply power to the load connected. Advantages of this contactor include high reliability due to the construction design for use in harsh conditions and the ability to carry large currents without causing damage to the delicate components.
