Description
The Copeland 998-0060-03 solenoid coil is a component that is primarily utilized in the HVAC system, mainly in refrigeration. The voltage rating of this coil is 24 VAC and also comes with a 1/4” spade connection for compatibility with many solenoidoperated valves. The coil can operate effectively between the temperatures of -40°F and 158°F thus making it suitable for both extreme cold and warm environments. Its primary purpose is to switch on and off solenoid valves of the HVAC systems. When connected to power supply, it creates a magnetic field that actuates the valve allowing or preventing the flow of refrigerant or other fluid substances.
