The Conbraco Industries 61-102-01 3/8” FEM NPT Ball Cone Check Valve is a rigid valve that is used to avoid backflow in different systems and is essential for HVAC systems. Made of bronze, this valve has a ball cone mechanism that enables the valve to regulate the one-way flow of fluids. The valve is opened when fluid pressure rises above the cracking pressure of 0.5 psi the ball opens the valve to allow flow and closes to stop reverse flow. This design reduces the flow resistance and increases energy utilization, suitable for heat exchange applications, pumps, and HVAC systems.
