The Trane COL16290 Coil and Tubing Assembly is effective. This one piece is around 36.5” in length, 26.2” in height and 13.7” in width and it is an evaporator or condenser coil with refrigerant tubing. Warm air from your living area is helped to rise by the evaporator coil and blown out by the condenser coil. The only potential vulnerability of the system is negated because the pre-assembled construction ensures a watertight connection between the coil and the tubing. This is so because leaks of refrigerant, which affects cooling and is also harmful to the environment, are less likely to occur.
