Description
The Resideo AM101R-UPEX-1 is a proportional thermostatic mixing valve that was designed for regulating water temperature in different HVAC applications. This is a small metallic valve that has check valves at the hot and cold supply inlet to avoid back flow. It has a handwheel for easy adjustment and the output temperature can only between 70°F to 180°F even if the incoming water supply varies. Its Teflon coated, nickel plated brass construction also minimizes mineral deposits and increases the valve’s durability. Its usage of the EPDM rubber seals enhances the standards of durability and reliability. The flow coefficient of 3.9 Cv is also provided to effectively control the water flow while at the same time regulating the temperature.
