The Resideo AM101-UPEX-1LF thermostatic mixing valve is designed to utilize and regulate water temperature within homes and businesses. This valve effectively helps to avoid scorching by mixing warm and cold water, providing a comfortable water supply. This is available with a union PEX connection for easy installation and durability. This makes it easy to deploy in small places due to its small size. The construction of the valve is Teflon-coated, nickel-plated brass which makes it long-lasting and does not encourage the formation of minerals. Its temperature range is 70°F – 145°F and it has a pressure rating of 150 PSI to give a reliable performance in most water systems.
