Description
The Conbraco Industries 98316-14 Copper Rod 3/16″ X 14″ is a metal filler component used to connect copper tubing and fittings in HVAC systems, refrigeration and piping. Its essential role is to provide a conductor substance which when heated with a torch melts and flows into the joints to form a sealed connection. The mounting is done by placing the rod at the joint and heating it until appropriate capillary action is attained. It assists in brazed connections that are leak-free components.
