Description
The Schneider Electric (Square D) 9038AG1S6 Float Switch is a mechanical monitoring component used to, measure the liquid levels in HVAC systems. It is an electrical circuit that is either open, or closed according to variations in the fluid height to protect against overflow or low-level conditions. This float moves with changes in the fluid level to make contact with an internal contact. It is mounted in drain pans or condensate lines and connected to the control circuit by wiring to contact pumps or safety controls. Its performance is that it provides easy operation and increased condensate management.
