Description
The Daikin-McQuay 668303351 Indoor Air Sensor is an element that is meant to measure the indoor air quality parameters inside HVAC systems. This sensor, which may have sensors for other pollutants including VOCs, PM and possibly other pollutants is permanently monitoring the air quality in the conditioned space. The collected data is sent to the control unit of the HVAC system and allows the system to change its work. For instance, the system can raise the rate of fresh air, turn on air cleaning systems or provide occupants with information on compromised air quality.
