Description
The Nordyne 626461R Manual Reset Limit Switch is a temperature-sensitive secure control that is used in HVAC systems to check the excessive heat conditions. It closes the electrical circuit when the detected temperature is 160°F and needs to be reset by hand to be operational again when temperatures have returned to safe levels. Placed close to heat exchangers, burners or other heat-producing elements within furnaces or rooftop units, it eliminates overheating, which may cause internal parts to be damaged or secure operation use to operate heating equipment.
