Description
The Rheem-Ruud 61-102211-01 is a 2-ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) manufactured to be used in home air conditioning systems that use R-410A refrigerant. This essentialelement assists in regulating the circulation of the coolant that arrives at the coil which is in charge of the air cooling process hence enhancing the cooling capacity and efficiency of the cooling system. The TXV works because it is supposed to measure pressure and temperature of the coolent in the atmosphere. It is thin and it is installed inside the valve, its role is to monitor the movement of the coolant correctly. The 30” capillary tube connected to the TXV measures the refrigerant temperature that is useful in the action of the valve.
