The Spirax-Sarco 58453 Ft-125 is a 1-1/4-inch F&T steam trap that effectively removes condensate from steam lines while minimizing steam loss. It has thermostatic and float mechanisms combined for dependable performance with different loads. Condensate is automatically released by the float mechanism when it reaches a certain level, and during system startup and low load periods, air and non-condensable gases are vented by the bimetallic thermostat. Improved system performance and effective condensate removal are guaranteed by this dual action. The Spirax-Sarco 58453 Ft-125 is ideal for a variety of HVAC applications, such as steam mains, unit heaters, air handling coils, heat exchangers, and condensate return lines.
