The Resideo 50043683-001 Backflow Prevention Valve with Water Shutoff is an essential part that makes humidifiers work appropriately. This backflow valve is made of brass material and it has 1/2” connection size. It operates effectively in temperature conditions between 33°F and 180°F and pressure not exceeding 150 PSI. It does this work of preventing any backflow of water into the rest of the humidifier system hence protecting it from getting into the wrong hands.
