Description
The Schneider Electric (Erie) 436-252 Tube & Nut Flare Fitting is a mechanical connection fitting used to join refrigerant, or fluid lines with secure, leak-resistant joints. It combines a flare fitting with a 3/4-inch sweat connection, allowing one end to be soldered into place while the flared end connects to a matching flare tube during service in air conditioners, heat pumps, and packaged HVAC systems. The fitting is positioned between the corresponding lines, and tightened at the flare end to form a solid seal.
