Description
The Lennox 42W31 is a Thermal Expansion Valve used in large capacity HVAC systems that use R410A refrigerant. This valve regulates refrigerant flow depending on the temperature inside the evaporator coil accurately. The capacity of this kind of expansion valve is most appropriate for the handling of refrigerants in large heating and cooling systems with 5 tons capabilities. The valve has an inlet and outlet size of 3/8 Inch and ½ Inch respectively and uses a 30-inch capillary tube for temperature sensing. Cascading control of refrigerant flow in the system keeps the efficiency up and comfort level steady.
