The Emerson Climate-White Rodgers 3L09-25 3.12″ Limit Switch temperature-sensitive safety control component used to monitor furnace and heating equipment temperatures and interrupt electrical operation if excessive heat conditions occur. Using a bimetal disc switching design, the control opens the circuit at 200F and automatically resets when temperatures decrease to 180F, supporting maintaining safe operating conditions during heating cycles in HVAC systems.
