The Emerson Climate-White Rodgers 3L09-17 is a board-mounted bimetal disc limit switch to regulate temperature safety. It is calibrated to open at 250F and reset by closing at 225F, providing automatic protection against overheating conditions. mounted within furnaces, air handlers, and similar thermal systems, it monitors internal air or surface temperature near the heat exchanger.
