The ASCO 304-030 Repair Kit restores the operation of solenoid valves by replacing internal damage components that control fluid flow within HVAC systems. It works by renewing key sealing and moving parts such as the core assembly, spring, piston, and gaskets, allowing the valve to operate correctly under normal conditions. The kit includes a solenoid base sub-assembly, core assembly, core spring, bonnet gasket, retainer, piston ring, and piston assembly for complete servicing. Positioned within normally closed solenoid valves used in hot water and steam lines, it is applied during maintenance to return the valve to proper working condition.
