Description
The Robertshaw 1970-018 Thermocouple monitors pilot flame conditions and supports safe operation of gas-fired equipment. This thermocouple generate a small electrical signal when heated by the flame allowing the gas control system to confirm proper ignition. It operates through a temperature-sensitive connection with an 18″ length that transfers the signal between the sensing point and control part. The component is positioned within compatible gas equipment and HVAC systems during service or replacement work.
